If your situation is as follows:

You are seeking asylum and are under 18 years of age, or
you recently moved to Sweden, have permission for permanent residence (PUT) and are between 16–19 years of age.

It's then possible for you to apply for a place on the Language Introductory course (in Swedish "Språkintroduktion"). This course involves the Swedish language and some other subjects.
