Everyone in Halmstad has the right to feel secure. Halmstad municipal council actively fights against alienation and unemployment. Individuals will be helped in order to enter the labour market.

Here you can read about the support the municipal council can offer. If you need help in entering the labour market you should contact Arbetsförmedlingen (job centre). If you’re unemployed and are entitled to income support you can get support through Arbetslivsförvaltningen (work management) to make it easier to get a foot onto the job market.

If you need help managing your finances then you can get help with this from a trustee.
