Alla Hjärtans Hus is a meeting place for old people and their relatives. This is an active, flexible operation with a wide range of programmes on offer.
We sell coffee, simple pastries and sandwiches. Spend a pleasant time in the library and read the newspaper.
Wednesdays between 13.00-16.00 people looking after a relative can come to Alla Hjärtans Hus, alone, or with the person you care for. If you like you can take the opportunity of doing a couple of errands while your relative stays with volunteers and recreation leaders for a pleasant afternoon.
Welcome to Halmstad’s first indoor beach!
Solparadiset is like a peaceful oasis at the heart of Alla Hjärtans Hus. Experience sunlight at a comfortable temperature. Cost for pensioners is SEK 25 per hour or otherwise SEK 50 per hour.

Wednesdays between 13.00-16.00 there’s a family liaison officer at Alla Hjärtans Hus to answer questions about family support, family groups, general support and various activities.
Fridays between 10.00-12.00 SeniorNet employees help you with computer literacy questions. There’s also the chance at other times to borrow the computers at Alla Hjärtans Hus.
Do you have questions about or are looking for easier aids? We have a "SmartaTingrummet" with smart aids that can make your life that little bit easier.
The voluntary centre is a contact point between people wanting to volunteer for individual or elderly organizations and helping individuals needing to be accompanied to the doctor. If you want to volunteer there are groups in the café, activities, programmes, telephone service and companionship.

Alla Hjärtans Hus is on Kyrkogatan 3 in Halmstad and is open weekdays 10.00-16.30, Saturdays 11.00 -14.00 and Sundays 13.00-16.00
A new programme of events is available every month with all new activities.

Frivilligcentralen (Voluntary centre)
The voluntary centre is a contact point between people wanting to volunteer for individual or elderly organizations and helping individuals needing to be accompanied to the doctor. If you want to volunteer there are groups in the café, activities, programmes, telephone service and companionship.
Volunteers meet at Alla Hjärtans Hus on the second Monday of every month at 10.00, to exchange experiences and spend some quality time together.
