The vision steering model

A project began in January 2007, which aimed at putting the vision into concrete terms in a new management and steering model. Work is carried out in project form with seven different sub-projects working to develop a new working model containing a chain from vision to evaluation. The vision steering model covers objectives, plans, global analyses, work routines, quality assurance etc. The model will be worked into the companies business plans and into committees activity plans. It should permeate the entire activity and characterise the daily work.

The decision to introduce the vision steering model was taken by the city council on 22 November 2007.
